This site is provided by Lewis Media Agency, a freelance digital agency operated by Lewis in Windhoek, Namibia. These terms apply to website use. Any paid client project will have its scope, price, timing and ownership arrangements agreed separately; submitting an enquiry does not create a paid contract.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Do not submit fraudulent, abusive or infringing material, send spam, attempt to access private data, interfere with the service or introduce malicious code. Only share information you are entitled to provide.
Intellectual property
The site’s original design and content belong to Lewis Media Agency. Third-party fonts, icons and other licensed materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Client work, project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective clients or owners. Concept projects are not presented as completed client commissions. Viewing the site does not transfer any ownership or permission to reproduce protected work beyond what applicable law allows.
Information and warranties
We aim to keep information accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free information, particular search rankings, sales or other business results. Confirm current scope, pricing and timelines with Lewis before relying on them for a project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lewis Media Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including lost profits, lost opportunities or losses caused by third-party services.
