Who handles your information

Lewis Media Agency is a freelance digital agency operated by Lewis in Windhoek, Namibia. Lewis is the contact for questions about your information.

What we collect and why

• When you use the contact or website project form, we collect your name, email, message, business details and any other answers you choose to provide, together with the submission time and your consent. We use these to assess your enquiry, discuss your project and reply.
• Emails you send us and our replies are kept as correspondence.
• Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs to deliver and protect the site.
• If optional analytics is configured and you accept it, it may collect page views, device/browser information and approximate location to help us understand site use. It is not needed to send an enquiry.
• We save your analytics choice in local storage on your device. See the Cookie Policy.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through these forms. We do not use enquiry details to subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored privately in Lovable Cloud and sent to FormSubmit for email delivery to lewismedia.agency03@gmail.com. Public visitors cannot read the stored submissions. Correspondence is also stored with our email provider, Gmail. We limit access to enquiry handling and site administration. Providers may process information outside Namibia under their own policies.

We keep information only while it is needed for the enquiry, any resulting project and relevant recordkeeping. We review it for deletion when it is no longer needed. There is no fixed retention period stated here; you may ask Lewis about a particular record. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Services involved

• FormSubmit processes form submissions and forwards them by email.
• Lovable Cloud provides private enquiry storage and the site’s managed hosting environment. If the site is separately deployed on Vercel, Vercel also processes requests and hosting logs for that deployment. Vercel hosting is not confirmed by this policy.
• Google provides Gmail, externally loaded fonts, Google Search Console and, if configured, Google Analytics. Analytics is loaded only after acceptance. Search Console provides search-performance reports and does not require a visitor tracking script on this site.
• Following WhatsApp, Instagram or another external link takes you to a service with its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your enquiry information. We share it with the services needed to handle it, or when required by an applicable legal obligation.

Access, correction and deletion

Email lewismedia.agency03@gmail.com to ask what enquiry information we hold, request a copy, correct it or request deletion. Include enough information to identify your enquiry, but no sensitive documents unless requested. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing data. Where information must be kept for a valid recordkeeping obligation, we will explain what remains and why. You can also withdraw enquiry-processing consent; this may prevent us from continuing to handle your request.

You can change optional analytics consent on the Cookies page. Declining does not stop essential hosting and security processing.
